• Personal Use Only Leadership Gym is intended for your individual leadership development. Do not share, resell, or republish prompts, AI feedback, or scores without our written permission.
• No Guarantees AI feedback is provided for personal reflection only — not as professional, clinical, or legal advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
• Free & Pro Access Daily prompts and leadership scores are available free, forever — no credit card required. Upgrading to Pro ($2.99/mo) unlocks AI coaching feedback on your responses. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
• Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform, at our sole discretion.
• Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and logos (including "Leadership Gym") are our property. You may not reproduce or distribute our branding without prior written permission.

💳 Billing & Cancellation

• Stripe Payments All Pro subscription billing is handled securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Cancel Anytime You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your customer portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No Refunds on Used Periods We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods that have already been used. If you cancel mid-period, you retain Pro access through the end of that period.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

Leadership Gym is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadership Gym and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

📋 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you via the email associated with your account and update this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Leadership Gym after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
